Sprig is building the AI-native successor to legacy survey tools, like Qualtrics, Medallia, and SurveyMonkey. We believe the future of experience research won’t be powered by slow, siloed platforms. It will be fast, intelligent, and deeply integrated into how modern teams build great products.

Our mission is to make deep customer understanding effortless and always on. With Sprig, product teams no longer guess. They know. We are creating a future where AI uncovers insights, accelerates workflows, and enables teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences in real-time.

Companies like Notion, Figma, Coinbase, and TripAdvisor already use Sprig to stay closer to their customers than ever before. We’re scaling quickly toward $100M ARR, launching new AI-powered capabilities, and expanding our impact across the world’s most innovative companies.

If you're energized by bold ideas, rapid growth, and the opportunity to redefine an entire category, we'd love to meet you.

About the Role

We’re hiring a Marketing Events Lead to own Sprig’s mid-sized event programs, including our flagship summits and customer events. Events are at the heart of this role: you’ll take programs from planning through execution, ensuring every experience runs flawlessly, achieves its goals, and leaves a lasting impression on the research and product leaders who attend.

You’ll work closely with the Go-To-Market team to bring Sprig’s event calendar to life, coordinating across internal teams, vendors, speakers, customers, and partners to deliver polished, high-impact experiences.

This role is ideal for someone with a few years of marketing or events experience who is ready to take on greater ownership. You thrive on logistics, love the energy of live experiences, and know how to turn a plan into a polished, well-executed event.

This role requires 4 days per week in our San Francisco HQ (Wednesday is optional WFH day).

Your Impact
  • Partner with the marketing team to plan and execute Sprig’s mid-sized events, including the Sprig Experience Research Summit, regional summits, and customer events: venue, vendors, budgets, timelines, run-of-show, and on-site execution

  • Manage the keynote speaker and customer experience, from outreach and prep to logistics and day-of coordination

  • Shape the attendee experience, including invitations, registration, agenda flow, and post-event follow-up to conversion

  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to align events with business goals, drive attendance from target prospects and customers, and ensure strong pre- and post-event follow-through

  • Track event performance, including attendance, engagement, and pipeline influenced, and surface insights that help us improve our programs and investment

  • Support smaller programs as needed, such as executive dinners, meetups, and direct mail and gifting tied to events and customer engagement

  • Support integrated campaign launches by coordinating marketing assets, communications, and program timelines

  • Willing and able to step in and support Sprig’s broader marketing and pipeline-driving efforts as needed

Your Strengths
  • 2-4 years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, experiential marketing, or a related B2B marketing role

  • Experience independently owning mid-sized events, such as summits, customer conferences, or multi-session programs, from planning through execution

  • Hands-on experience managing venues, vendors, speakers, and event budgets

  • Enthusiastic about collaborating with teammates on-site 4x per week to execute faster and more efficiently

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with confidence coordinating vendors, speakers, customers, and internal stakeholders

  • Highly detail-oriented (an absolute must!) and proactive, with strong judgment and the ability to solve problems quickly when plans change

  • Genuine enthusiasm for events, community building, and creating memorable in-person experiences

  • Experience with B2B or SaaS marketing programs is a plus

  • Adaptable to evolving priorities, with a willingness to travel up to 10%.
