TTEC Digital is looking for an Events Manager that brings a combination of logistical expertise and creative thinking to join our team. Our ideal candidate has proven experience planning and managing in-person and digital events from start to finish – everything from tradeshows to webinars. You should have a successful track record of driving attendance and achieving ROI through event marketing strategies and tactics. This is a hybrid work situation where you will work onsite up to 1-2 days per week.

The Events Manager is responsible for contributing to an overall event strategy that generates demand for our products and services, builds brand awareness, and engages customers through learning opportunities. Attendees should feel a flawless experience regardless of what challenges are being solved in the background. You will partner with team members and stakeholders to plan, execute, and promote events for various industries and technology channels. 

What You Will Do:

  • Plan and execute marketing and sales events that generate leads and contribute to organizational revenue goals
  • Design event experiences for a variety of audiences, including clients, prospects, vertical industries, and partners
  • Collaborate with team members and internal stakeholders to evaluate event sponsorship opportunities
  • Develop attendee acquisition strategies for in-person and digital events, both large and small in scale
  • Coordinate event communication to event staff, stakeholders, and attendees
  • Lead an annual multi-day conference with end-to-end planning, coordination, measurement, and ROI
  • Provide direction, coordination, and support to onsite team members, either in-person or remotely
  • Build event playbooks to provide consistent delivery and execution of logistics and best practices
  • Conduct pre-show planning and post-show meetings to ensure successful outcomes and experiences
  • Track and report on event results to stakeholders, identifying what worked and opportunities for improvement
  • Establish and manage annual event budget and budgets for individual events
  • Negotiate vendor contracts to secure the best possible pricing for event services
  • Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, partners, vendors, and industry speakers

What You Will Bring:

  • 5+ years of event management or related role, ideally at a B2B company
  • Reading, writing, and speaking fluency in the English language is a MUST-HAVE
  • Experience organizing and coordinating multiple events simultaneously
  • Experience with managing an event budget
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related equivalent experience
  • Ability to excel in moments of ambiguity and make decisions without direction
  • Demonstrate technical aptitude related to event management technology, systems and platforms
  • Ability to excite cross-functional teams about working with you and feel great about their involvement
  • Ability and excitement to travel for trade shows and events. Employee is required to travel to business and customer locations, locally and/or internationally, up to 20%.
