About the Role: 

Digital.ai is looking for an innovative, creative, and passionate North American Events Manager to be responsible for spearheading Ditigal.ai’s event marketing strategy, including but not limited to: tradeshow and webinar planning, securing speaking opportunities and representing Digital.ai’s at industry events. 

You will own and manage the day-to-day KPIs, reporting, and target funnel activities to maximize pipeline generation and conversions. The ideal candidate has a creative mindset, highly collaborative, and a successful track record of organizing attendance at trade shows and proving ROI through event marketing strategies and tactics.  

  

What You Will Do: 

  • Spearhead Digital.ai’s in-person and virtual event (tradeshows & webinars) strategy including but not limited to: identifying key events, internal team training for attendees, building pre- and post-show communication, and event attendance. 
  • Own and develop event strategy and objectives; spearhead initiatives to meet objectives based on lead generation. 
  • Negotiate and execute contracts for large and small-scale events 
  • Oversee the technical delivery and smooth operation of webinars
  • Drive marketing-influenced pipeline and generate highly qualified leads through onsite activations and support of the sales team. 
  • Create and develop targeted marketing campaigns and programs at scale across marketing automation, social media channels, webinars, and partner events. 
  • Analyze, track, and report on event ROI based on pipeline, revenue, and MQL metrics. 
  • Interact with key decision makers and account holders. 
  • Responsible for ordering and tracking event inventory including collateral, giveaways, etc. 
  • Manage event marketing material and equipment set up and tear down. 
  • Leverage the corporate campaigns and implement them in your marketing plans.
  • Set achievable lead and pipeline targets for programs and events.
  • Work closely with the Business Development (BDR) team to enable follow up on incoming leads by reviewing program details and relevant Groove cadences.
  • Monitor lead & opportunity progression, notify BDRs and Field Sales team of any stalled leads, and ensure leads are being disqualified or promoted within agreed upon SLAs and manage ensuing opportunity pipeline.
  • Travel Requirements: This role will involve 20-25% travel.

  

What You Will Bring: 

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field 
  • 5+ years demonstrated experience in field marketing managing field events and tradeshows 
  • Experience indelivering and hosting webinars 
  • Strong stakeholder management skills 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Solid analytical skills 
  • Experience with SFDC, Marketo, Monday, and Apollo is preferred 
  • Enjoys the flexibility of a remote work environment 
  • Availability to travel up to 25% of time.

At Digital.ai, we believe in fostering a culture of pay transparency. We are committed to providing our employees with fair and competitive compensation. The current base salary range for this specific job is estimated to be between $95,000 - $110,000. Please note that final compensation will be determined based on factors such as qualifications, experience, and internal equity. We value transparency and aim to create an inclusive and equitable workplace for all our employees. Certain positions at Digital.ai might also be eligible for additional compensation in the form of bonuses, or other employee benefits which are separate from the base salary and to be defined at offer stage.
