- Manage external vendors (event planners, venues, collateral suppliers) and ensure delivery against SLAs and brand standards.
- Coordinate speaker support (exec briefing packs, speaker notes, session formats) in partnership with PR & Comms.
Event-led Demand & Commercial Impact (Lead Capture + Reporting):
- Partner with Demand Generation (Digital Marketing) to ensure event lead capture is operational (forms/QRs/landing pages), and that leads flow into agreed handover processes.
- Produce post-event reporting: attendee profiles, leads generated, engagement quality, follow-up actions, and key learnings to improve future ROI.
- Track event KPIs aligned to the Group KPI set (e.g., leads generated from events).
Content Capture & Amplification (Before/During/After):
- Ensure events are supported with content needs: pre-event announcements, on-ground coverage plan, and post-event highlights.
- Coordinate with Content Marketing and the wider PR team to amplify events through social, newsletters, and thought leadership hooks.
Stakeholder & Regional Coordination:
- Build strong working relationships with Regional Sales leads, Country stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure event objectives and follow-up are aligned.
- Serve as the central point for event requirements across markets—ensuring Corporate and Regional execution stays consistent with the operating model.
Budget Inputs & Vendor Documentation (in the Group model):

Network International Insights
What We Do
Over the past 30 years, we have built a business based on long-standing and trusted relationships with many of the leading merchants, financial institutions and payment networks operating in the Middle East and Africa. Such relationships are based on our comprehensive capabilities, scale, local presence in the multiple markets in which we operate, alongside our trusted reputation. This gives us significant scale and leadership in the region, where we operate in more than 50 countries, serve over 130,000 merchants and 250 financial institutions and fintech customers, whilst managing more than 16 million customer credentials. We have a diversified business model and operate across the entire consumer payments value chain. We do this with a growth-focused strategy through two business lines: • That enables our merchant customers to ‘take payments’, by providing them with various payment acceptance methods, both online and offline. • Which supports our financial institution, fintech and other payment issuing institution customers in enabling consumers ‘make payments’, by managing and processing their consumer payment credentials and transactions.
