PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Hospitality & Customer Service
- Assist in serving customers coffee and meals with professionalism and warmth
- Support food and beverage preparation and presentation
- Ensure high standards of customer and employee satisfaction
- Event Planning & Execution
- Assist with planning, organizing, and executing company events
- Coordinate vendors, venues, materials, and logistics
- Manage event timelines and on-site support
- Assist with event setup and breakdown
- Travel & Administrative Support
- Arrange domestic and international travel (flights, hotels, ground transportation)
- Prepare travel itineraries and supporting documentation
- Assist with expense tracking and reporting
- Update information (new customers, new contacts, leads, etc.) into CRM software (Customer Relationship Management) and into ERP System
- Trade Show Support
- Support trade show planning and logistics
- Coordinate trade show booth materials and shipping,
- Content Creation Support
- Help capture photos and videos during events and daily operations
- Assist with creating social media and promotional content
