Measure, cut, crimp, and inspect metal hose and braid to customer specifications. Set saws and tracks, fit crimp collars, stamp/etch ferrules, verify cut-lengths, trim braid, read job orders/tolerance charts, assist inspection and material handlers, and maintain work area.

Provide hospitality and customer service during company events, assist with event planning and execution, coordinate vendors and logistics, support travel arrangements and expense tracking, update CRM and ERP records, assist trade show logistics, and help capture and create social media content.

Own and grow strategic Key Accounts and OEM relationships (e.g., Swagelok, Parker, McMaster-Carr, Grainger). Serve as primary customer liaison, drive product expansion and engineered solutions, coordinate pricing/contracts/quality/delivery, develop forecasts/budgets, monitor market trends, and support lead generation with Marketing. Align internal teams to meet performance metrics and improve retention and revenue.

Act as technical liaison to customers and vendors to design and quote engineered metal hose and expansion joint solutions. Independently complete design projects, prepare technical drawings, source parts, perform pipe stress and FEA, support production/purchasing/quality, and provide engineering support across projects under the Product Engineering Manager.

Support production by developing and implementing manufacturing processes, maintaining BOMs and routings, sourcing machines, optimizing product/manufacturing efficiency, documenting quality layouts, participating in Kaizen events, resolving product/process/design issues, and collaborating across departments.

Prepare materials, components, and assemblies for downstream production by operating preparation equipment, performing inspections, basic measurements, setup, handling, and maintaining a safe, organized work area. Follow work orders, specifications, and safety procedures, supply workstations, and assist with job completion.

Machine precision components and build/repair tooling in a job-shop tool room. Read blueprints, design jigs/fixtures, set up and operate manual and CNC equipment, perform basic G-code/conversational programming, inspect parts to tight tolerances, and maintain tooling. May use CAD/CAM and work with hydraulics/pneumatics (preferred).

Prepare parts for welding and fabrication by planning operations, selecting machining methods and tools, performing calculations and machining/grinding work (beveling, plasma, grinding, sawing). Monitor machine settings, mark work pieces, operate lift truck, and meet physical demands of standing and lifting.

Perform finishing and inspection tasks for metal hose assemblies: inspect to prints, test for leaks (air and Helium Mass Spec), buff/paint, assemble components, tag/package shipments, maintain inventory, complete certification paperwork, and enter shipments into courier software. Cross-train across departments and adhere to quality standards.

Design, program, wire, test, troubleshoot, and improve complex machine control systems for manufacturing equipment. Create/edit PLC/HMI/motion programs, layout/wire panels, estimate project cost/timelines, source parts, and provide technical leadership to junior staff while ensuring safe, reliable operation.

Provide inbound/outbound phone and email sales/support for flexible metal piping products. Manage assigned accounts, process orders, resolve quote/order/invoice issues, support outside sales, run targeted campaigns, and grow customer relationships.

Perform finishing and inspection tasks for metal hose assemblies: inspect to prints, test for leaks (air and helium mass spec), buff/paint, assemble swivels, cover hoses, package and ship, maintain inventory and paperwork, and use measuring and courier software.

Support engineering team by preparing technical drawings, designing components, running prototype parts through production, estimating labor, and completing small-scale projects under mentor supervision in a manufacturing environment.

Develop and maintain quality control processes, investigate non-conformities, lead corrective actions and root cause analysis, conduct internal audits, manage APQP/PFMEA/Control Plans, perform dimensional inspections, prepare customer QA submittals (PPAP, ITP, FAIR), train production staff and inspectors, and support continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.

Outside Regional Sales Manager responsible for driving sales across a defined multi-state territory. Manage manufacturer representative sales force, develop distributor relationships, secure product specifications with end-users, deliver product training, execute national sales strategy, and travel heavily (50–75%) for joint calls and account development.

Support the Marketing team with market and industry research, CRM administration, lead generation, and creation of sales enablement materials. Assist with documenting objectives, developing marketing resources, and staying current on industry trends. Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Plan, schedule, and control production orders to ensure on-time manufacture and delivery. Maintain production planning software and forecasts, manage inventory levels and safety stock, investigate discrepancies, and support purchasing and supplier follow-up to support production requirements.
