Operate mills, lathes, drill presses and cutting equipment to machine parts for welding and fabrication. Select tooling, calculate speeds/feeds, mark workpieces, perform maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical/electrical equipment, and move materials using lift trucks.

Lead and coach production planners to create and manage MTO/MTS production schedules, coordinate materials and capacity with Purchasing and Operations, resolve planning issues, oversee inventory accuracy and cycle counts, and drive continuous improvement to meet customer delivery and cost targets.

Analyze marketing and sales data to inform pricing, margin, and product decisions. Develop and automate reports, perform quote pricing reviews, track sales and margins by customer and product, research market pricing and competitors, create presentations, and provide data-driven recommendations to support marketing and sales initiatives.

Provide hospitality and customer service during company events, assist with event planning and execution, coordinate vendors and logistics, support travel arrangements and expense tracking, update CRM and ERP records, assist trade show logistics, and help capture and create social media content.

Outside Regional Sales Manager responsible for driving sales across a defined multi-state territory. Manage manufacturer representative sales force, develop distributor relationships, secure product specifications with end-users, deliver product training, execute national sales strategy, and travel heavily (50–75%) for joint calls and account development.

Support the Marketing team with market and industry research, CRM administration, lead generation, and creation of sales enablement materials. Assist with documenting objectives, developing marketing resources, and staying current on industry trends. Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Own and grow strategic Key Accounts and OEM relationships (e.g., Swagelok, Parker, McMaster-Carr, Grainger). Serve as primary customer liaison, drive product expansion and engineered solutions, coordinate pricing/contracts/quality/delivery, develop forecasts/budgets, monitor market trends, and support lead generation with Marketing. Align internal teams to meet performance metrics and improve retention and revenue.

Machine precision components and build/repair tooling in a job-shop tool room. Read blueprints, design jigs/fixtures, set up and operate manual and CNC equipment, perform basic G-code/conversational programming, inspect parts to tight tolerances, and maintain tooling. May use CAD/CAM and work with hydraulics/pneumatics (preferred).

Support engineering team by preparing technical drawings, designing components, running prototype parts through production, estimating labor, and completing small-scale projects under mentor supervision in a manufacturing environment.

Act as technical liaison to customers and vendors to design and quote engineered metal hose and expansion joint solutions. Independently complete design projects, prepare technical drawings, source parts, perform pipe stress and FEA, support production/purchasing/quality, and provide engineering support across projects under the Product Engineering Manager.

Support production by developing and implementing manufacturing processes, maintaining BOMs and routings, sourcing machines, optimizing product/manufacturing efficiency, documenting quality layouts, participating in Kaizen events, resolving product/process/design issues, and collaborating across departments.

Design, implement, and maintain security controls; monitor SIEM/EDR and respond to incidents; perform vulnerability assessments and remediation; manage endpoint and network security; lead incident response; ensure compliance with NIST/ISO27001/SOC2/CMMC; support audits and vendor risk assessments; maintain risk register; run security awareness training and collaborate with IT, engineering, and operations to improve security posture.
