Our goal is simple: to beautify bathrooms across North America by manufacturing and installing attractive, durable, and maintenance-free bath remodeling fixtures. We are currently seeking an experienced Marketing Events Coordinator to support our Central PA market, including Harrisburg and surrounding communities. This position offers a compensation range of $40K–$60K annually, based on experience, along with bonus opportunities.
Responsibilities- Research and identify Events and Shows within our assigned territory
- Negotiate contracts with Event Vendors
- Book and maintain an annual calendar of Events and Shows
- Recruit, hire, and train Event Demonstrators
- Schedule Demonstrators to work Events
- Coordinate booth and display setup and tear down
- Generate appointments for Free In-Home Consultations at Events and Shows
- Collect contest entries
- Follow up on contest entries and schedule Free In-Home Consultations
- Measure and report event performance results
- Strong communication skills
- Positive, outgoing personality
- Excellent planning and organizational abilities
- Ability to coach, train, and motivate others
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
Must be available to work weekends.
