The Role:

The Senior Event Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the comprehensive planning, execution, and post-event follow-up of both in-person and virtual events, including webinars and podcasts, with a strong focus on driving sales objectives. This role serves as a central point of contact for all sales driven event-related communications, fostering seamless collaboration across internal teams and maximizing engagement to achieve event success. The Senior Event Coordinator will work closely with the Marketing Manager to contribute to event strategy and ensure alignment with overall marketing goals.

How You Will Make an Impact:
  • Support the end-to-end planning, execution, and post-event activities for in-person and virtual events (including webinars and podcasts)

  • Oversee event logistics for the onsite team along with vendor coordination and platform management

  • Develop and manage impactful, sales-driven event communications (briefs, social posts, emails, landing pages) ensuring brand alignment

  • Facilitate pre- and post-event engagement, meeting scheduling, and follow-ups across teams

  • Manage event communication channels (e.g., Slack) for consistent information flow and proactive internal alignment

  • Work with Marketing Managers to implement strategies to maximize pre- and post-event engagement and lead generation

  • Collaborate with social media on compelling content to drive engagement

  • Develop key event materials (briefs, email campaigns, internal updates)

  • Assist with vendor contract submissions

  • Undertake strategic stretch projects as needed

What You Bring to The Team:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

  • 2-3 years of experience in sales, event planning, virtual webinars, podcast coordination, or a similar role

  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Asana and event management software

  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce and Salesloft) is a plus

  • Ability to travel for events as needed, including some weekends

  • Creative mindset, bringing fun and innovative ideas to enhance participation and engagement at live events
