@LifeAtALKU as the Events Coordinator:
The Events Coordinator is responsible for strategizing, planning, and execution of all company-wide events and engagement.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Responsible for planning and executing all details of an ALKU event, including, but not limited
to:- Venue research and selection
- Food & Beverage selection
- Managing event registration
- Transportation
- Signage
- Works closely with the rest of the Marketing Team to ensure all aspects of an event follow
brand guidelines and company goals. - Works closely with ALKU’s Revenue teams to plan and execute Client and Consultant events and maximize engagement.
- Works closely with various Corporate teams to support additional event needs.
- Responsible for day-of event logistics and on-site troubleshooting.
- Responsible for the management of ALKU’s event platform.
