The TechNexus Event Coordinator is responsible for the overall coordination and support of our growing event space. This role requires excellent communication skills, organization, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Responsible for the logistical coordination of TeamWorking conference space. 
• Responsible for event setup, execution, and breakdown of events within our space, this includes the day to day upkeep and appearance of the entire facility.
• Keen attention to detail and presentation.
• Manage clients through the full sales process from lead generation and response, to reservations and day of events, to post-event follow up.
• Managing client relationships, expectations, and the overall satisfaction of guests and members. We aim to create a unique and positive experience for all clients.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and members.
• Lead for in room technology and troubleshoot as appropriate.
• Adapt and expand responsibilities as needed to meet the evolving needs of the conference space and clients.

Qualifications:

• Must enjoy working in a fun, fast paced environment.
• We need a people person, you get to interact with our guests regularly! 
• Ability to work a flexible schedule if requested, this position also offers flexibility in your scheduling. 
• Able to push, pull, and lift a moderate weight (no more than 20lbs).
• Able to walk and stand throughout the duration of shift.
• Warm and caring personality; previous industry experience is an asset.
• Ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs, being professional and welcoming.
• Excellent organizational skills and time management.Must pass a background check.
