We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Events Assistant to join our growing team in Detroit, MI. The ideal candidate will support the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate and promotional events. This role requires a highly organized individual who can thrive in fast-paced environments and contribute to the seamless delivery of memorable experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and logistics of corporate and promotional events

  • Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure event success

  • Support in budgeting, scheduling, and administrative tasks

  • Prepare event materials and manage on-site setup and takedown

  • Monitor event timelines and ensure adherence to project plans

  • Gather feedback and assist in post-event reporting and analysis

  • Maintain inventory of event supplies and promotional materials

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or related field preferred

  • 1+ year of experience in event coordination, administration, or similar role

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as required
