As a key contributor to the Global Brand and Marketing team, the Global Event Operations team drives business success through the flawless execution of the highest-profile corporate meetings and events.
The Opportunity
The Event Technologist is responsible for working with the planning team to shape the attendee experience by crafting dynamic websites and mobile apps within the Cvent platform. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge tools and platforms to shape the future of events. You will contribute to the success of high-profile global events that drive business objectives and collaborate with passionate and dedicated professional who share a commitment to excellence.
Success in this role requires proven experience working with Cvent or other meetings management technology platform coupled with exceptional project management skills. The Event Technologist is responsible for creating immersive experiences by developing cutting-edge event websites and mobile apps that captivate attendees and drive engagement. You'll collaborate with all lines of businesses in an environment where every contribution is respected, and every perspective is heard.
How You'll Help Us Build a Confident Future (Key Responsibilities)
• Lead the technical planning and execution of event websites and mobile apps within the Cvent platform.
• Create, design, and develop engaging attendee modules tailored to event objectives.
• Oversee attendee data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Manage the coordination with event teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless on-site event execution.
• Develop and generate insightful reports and analytics to measure event performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize event technology solutions.
What You Need to Succeed (Required Qualifications)
- Three+ years of experience in Meetings Management software
- Knowledge of meeting & incentive industries and supporting technologies.
- Demonstrated expertise in building registration sites and mobile apps using Cvent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ACCESS)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, thriving in a collaborative environment.
- Strong understanding of attendee data management principles and best practices
- Produce results in a fast paced, high pressure, deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to think strategically, understand business needs and apply creative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel (25% on average) and non-traditional hours.
- High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelors preferred

The salary range for applicants for this position is 81,500 - 86,200..
