We are hiring an Evening Receptionist.
Responsibilities
Working hours: Sunday-Thursday 17:00-22:00
- Sitting at the company reception (answering the phone, emails, etc.)
- Supervision and tracking of orders and invoices in the ERP system
- Responsible for providing administrative services in the Operations department
- Accompanying various projects and assisting the Purchase and Maintenance manager and the team with all office procedures and tasks
- Additional tasks as requested by the manager.
Requirements
- High-level interpersonal communication
- Excellent service consciousness
- Responsibility, Can-do attitude, Organized
- Full knowledge and experience with MS Office
- Familiarity with ERP systems (Priority) - advantage
