The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and engaging Evening Group Facilitator to join the Resilience Behavioral Health team in Walpole, MA for our evening programming. This is a per diem, per-group role focused on leading structured group therapy sessions within a supportive, clinical environment. The schedule runs 2 to 3 nights per week, 6:00 PM to 9:30 PM, with some hybrid flexibility. This role can serve as an excellent supplement to a primary clinical position or a meaningful way to build hours in a team-oriented setting. The ideal candidate brings experience facilitating therapeutic groups, strong interpersonal skills, and a genuine commitment to supporting individuals navigating mental health and substance use challenges.

What You'll Do

  • Facilitate and lead group therapy sessions as scheduled within the evening program.
  • Prepare and deliver structured, evidence-informed group content tailored to the needs of the client population.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation for each group session, including progress notes and attendance records.
  • Complete all required reports in accordance with program, organizational, and compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure continuity of care and alignment with individual treatment goals.
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and therapeutic group environment that promotes client engagement and recovery.

  • Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field required.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience facilitating group therapy or psychoeducational groups in a behavioral health setting.
  • Familiarity with IOP or similar levels of care is a plus.
  • Strong documentation skills with the ability to complete progress notes and records accurately and on time.
  • Ability to engage and connect with a diverse client population in a group setting.
  • Knowledge of trauma-informed, evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain professional boundaries and uphold HIPAA compliance and client confidentiality.


Benefits

Compensation and Schedule

  • Compensation: $100 per group facilitated.
  • Schedule: 2 to 3 nights per week, 6:00 PM to 9:30 PM, hybrid.
