We are seeking a responsible and organized Swap Station Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of an electric vehicle battery swap station. The role involves managing battery inventory, supervising station staff, ensuring excellent rider experience, and maintaining safety and operational standards.
Oversee daily battery swap operations, ensuring speed, safety, and accuracy.
Manage and track battery inventory — charged, in use, in transit, or under maintenance.
Monitor battery health, flag issues, and coordinate with technical teams for replacements.
Ensure proper handling, logging, and charging of rider payments.
Maintain a clean, secure, and well-organized station environment.
Serve as the point of contact for rider issues, complaints, or escalations.
- Submit daily operational reports and participate in performance reviews.
RequirementsRequirements
HND/Bachelor's degree in a technical, logistics, or business-related field.
2–4 years experience in operations, logistics, or supervisory roles.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and team management abilities.
Familiarity with batteries, safety procedures, or EV operations is a plus.
Basic computer skills for logging data and reports.
