Introduction
Within ASML Customer Support (CS) is responsible for the maintenance and continuous improvement of ASML systems at customer locations. One of the departments in this sector is CS EUV Installations, responsible for providing installation support to customers and service engineers within the Customer Support organization.
As our business continues to grow, we are hiring 4 GIC coordinators to strengthen our operational support.
Job Mission
The GIC(General Install Coordinator) ensures material and tool readiness to execute complex installations and upgrades. The GIC directly reports to the CS EUV installs Group Leader and will support Project team operationally.
Job Description
- Coordinate materials to ensure timely availability at the correct location.
- Assist with the delivery of materials during installation.
- Escalate and follow up on materials issue promptly.
- Prepare and issue material-related documents to communicate with the relevant ASML sectors.
- Ensure the material tracking sheet is updated accurately and on time, and understood and followed by all relevant personnel.
- Manage and provide guidance on customer site access permissions.
- Coordinate the release of IT assets and ensure compliance with ASML operational standards.
- Prepare laptops included necessary software and ASML tools for using in the FAB environment.
- Maintain effective communication and resource sharing with other ASML sectors, providing support as needed.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
- Associate degree over 2 years of relevant experience.
Experience
- Prefer 1–2 years of experience in customer support or logistics coordination.
- New entry level or fresh graduates are also welcomed to apply.

- Open to cultural differences and able to work effectively with sites of diverse cultures and practices.

Other information
- Driver’s license required. Candidates need to travel to other locations (Pyeongtaek, Icheon, Cheongju) where the EUV installation supports are required, even with short notice.
- Flexibility to accommodate schedule changes is required.
This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
