Job Description

We are looking for a Distribution Operations Analyst to support the day‑to‑day EU distribution operations across distribution centers (DCs) and 3PL partners, ensuring reliable service execution, operational accuracy, and cost‑aware decision-making. This role focuses on coordinating activities, monitoring performance, and driving issue resolution to maintain consistent service across OEM, Retail, DTC, and Professional channels.

Scope & Scale

  • Works within a regional distribution network with 2 DCs (primarily 3PL-run)
  • Supports delivery performance across multiple channels including B2B and E‑commerce
  • Partners closely with 3PL operations teams and cross-functional groups (Transportation, Commercial, CX, Finance)

Key Responsibilities

Distribution Operations Execution (Core)

  • Monitor daily DC operational activities: receiving, storage, pick/pack/ship
  • Track performance against key metrics (OTIF, cycle time, accuracy, throughput)
  • Coordinate with 3PL partners to resolve operational issues and maintain SLA performance
  • Support readiness efforts for peaks, promotions, and product launches
  • Identify and escalate service risks early to minimize customer impact

Cost & Productivity Support

  • Track and report warehousing and distribution cost drivers
  • Review productivity metrics and identify efficiency opportunities
  • Help drive reduction of waste: excess handling, slotting issues, unnecessary split shipments
  • Partner with Transportation on process discipline for outbound flows

Network Stability & Capacity

  • Monitor capacity vs. forecast and flag risks to leadership
  • Support execution of network adjustments
  • Contribute to process improvements or layout adjustments
  • Participate in issue management during disruptions

DTC & Channel Fulfillment Coordination

  • Support execution of channel‑specific service requirements
  • Help balance customer experience expectations with cost considerations
  • Collaborate with Commercial, CX, and Finance
  • Monitor accessory and small‑parcel workflows

Safety, Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure safety and environmental compliance through 3PL oversight
  • Support audit readiness (SOX, EPC, customs)
  • Help maintain SOP adherence

Experience & Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in distribution, fulfillment, or warehouse operations
  • Experience with 3PLs or DC environments
  • Familiarity with omnichannel distribution preferred
  • Strong detail orientation and problem‑solving skills
  • Effective communicator across functions
  • Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment

Diversity and inclusion are integral to our success, and we believe that providing reasonable accommodation is not only a legal obligation but also a fundamental aspect of our commitment to being an employer of choice. We recognize that individuals may have different needs and requirements based on their abilities, and we provide reasonable accommodations to ensure ideal conditions are met during the application process.
