Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, test, and
maintain ETL processes to integrate data from various sources.
• Develop and maintain data models and data dictionaries for the data warehouse.
• Monitor and troubleshoot ETL jobs and data quality issues.

• Experiment with and evaluate emerging AI-powered data integration and pipeline orchestration tools to recommend adoption where appropriate.
Preferred domain experience:
• US Healthcare data (HL7, FHIR, claims, EDI 837/835).
• Understanding of HIPAA compliance requirements as they relate to data pipelines and ETL processes.

• Experience with ETL tools such as Talend or SSIS
• Proficiency in SQL, On-Prem, and Cloud database technologies (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, Azure SQL).
• Demonstrated use of AI coding assistants or automation tools in a professional development environment.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines for ETL deployments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Healthcare data experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
Nice to have:
• Experience with cloud-based ETL services such as Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue, or Databricks.
• Exposure to Python or Spark for large-scale data transformations.
