Job Description Summary
The ERC Manager provides dedicated support in the execution of the ERC Program. The role involves coordination and support of ERC processes and projects, identifying operational efficiencies, continuous process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration across Romania and other assigned markets.
Job Description
Your Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:

Execute and coordinate the ERC Program in Romania and as needed for other markets (70 % Romania, 30% other units to be assigned)

Day-to-day operational management of compliance tasks as well as effective collaboration with other departments and units, as well as relationship management with all LT, LT-1 and below stakeholders

Act as an advisor, supporting business initiatives to ensure regulatory compliance.

Deliver training and communication programs to promote ERC awareness and risk prevention.

Foster an ethical culture aligned with the Novartis Code of Ethics and local Industry Code.

Conduct compliance monitoring and independent reviews to support risk management.

Support external partner risk management and handle third-party engagement escalations.
What You’ll Bring to the Role:

Fluency in English and the local language; additional languages are a plus.

5-8 years of experience in a regulated industry or audit/consultancy firms with pharmaceutical exposure.

Strong project management and risk assessment/management skills.

Proven ability to support projects and collaborate in cross-functional environments.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and operational excellence skills.
