Our Consumer Goods Division is dedicated to helping brands, retailers and manufacturers worldwide deliver safe, quality and ethically made products to their consumers. Every day at work, our inspectors, auditors, and lab techs use their expertise to help safeguard the products you use every day in your home: from clothes and footwear to toys and baby products, to electronics, appliances, and furniture.
Job Description
· Drive people and programmes performances via the implementation and monitoring of selected impactful KPIs that will allow you to consistently deliver reliable results.
· Attract, manage and retain a team of Supervisors, in charge of report review, prioritizing the reports from the Americas, EMEA, and Greater Asia region.
· Ensure we have the expertise, processes and systems in place to address our client needs under your scope and to comply with the main schemes’ requirements (APSCA, amfori BSCI, Sedex, etc).
· Work in close relationship with our Front-End team to ensure adequacy of expertise and training resources for our auditors – whether Full-Time or Part-Time.
· Collaborate with our marketing and sales teams in pre-audit enquiry, joining client meeting and represent QIMA Ethical Audit Team in the Greater Asia region.
· Convey a culture of integrity and transparency within your teams and toward any other department you will be in relationship with.
Qualifications
In order to succeed in this role, you should have:
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong understanding of customer needs and market dynamics.
· Proven capability to trouble shoot operational issues and implement solutions.
· Resilience and stress management skills in a fast-paced environment.
· Excellent spoken and written English skills.
Education & Experience:
· University degree, ideally related to Labor, Health & Safety, or Environmental Management.
· 5+ years of experience in the ethical compliance industry, as auditor and/or managing audit activity.
· Demonstrated expertise performing audits or managing clients and audit programs.
· Proven track record in managing teams with experience in people development and performance management.
· Experience in project management and customer relationship management, particularly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
