About the role:
Hiring Sr.Manager - Business Excellence for our organization. The position will be based at HO (Gurugram).

  • Driving a culture of continuous improvement & Digitalization in SCM function
  • Adoption of tools for process controls & visibility
  • Publish SCM health dashboards to ensure efficient operations and metrics which elevates customer experience and bring cost leadership
  • Lead & facilitate the implementation of CAPEX and OE strategies, plans, and practices to drive country-wide achievement
  • Establish a robust total supply chain OE framework that fosters continuous improvement, steers innovation and digitalization.
  • Evaluate the value chain and manage improvement projects through clear goals, resource allocation, scheduling, monitoring, and evaluation.
  • Build a capability development strategy to ensure a strong pipeline of supply chain experts through collaborations with talent acquisition and talent development teams.
  • Manage the annual business budget and CAPEX spend for supply chain, tracking productivity to ensure optimum usage and allocation of resources


About you

  • Over 7 years of work experience in FMCG/Ecommerce with experience in Business Excellence/ Lean Transformation/ CI projects-Kinaxis/ Focus on training and reporting and have core experience in past in logistics, operations and planning.
  • Good Analytical and data-oriented decision-making skills.
