Role Summary
The ETF Specialist (Taiwan) supports the growth and promotion of the firm’s ETF business in Taiwan. This role works closely with the local ETF, sales, marketing, and BD teams to strengthen market awareness and adoption of existing ETF products through product expertise, high‑quality content, and investor education initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and execute ETF promotion initiatives in Taiwan to drive awareness and asset growth
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource on existing ETF products for internal teams and external partners
- Develop and maintain ETF‑related marketing and educational materials, including presentations, reports, and digital content
- Assist with ETF product training for securities firms, distributors, and other channel partners
- Collaborate with local sales, marketing, compliance, BD and investment teams to ensure accurate and compliant product messaging
- Track market developments, competitive landscape, and investor feedback to support ETF promotion strategy
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in asset management, ETFs, fund products, or financial services
- Familiarity with the Taiwan ETF market and distribution channels preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain investment concepts clearly
- Well‑organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Fluency in Mandarin and English
