Duties & Responsibilities

  • Perform complex, large scale and cross-functional problem resolution across business units.
  • Lead a team of analysts and senior analysts.
  • Must understand the impact or potential impact of errors both functionally and reputationally.
  • Must understand beginning-to-end processes for all functions, including navigating multiple systems.
  • Work on special projects at the direction of the manager and provide backup assistance to the manager as required.
  • Identify system issues or defects and provide an appropriate level of documentation to the appropriate support group.
  • Ability to provide a broad level of assistance during testing of system upgrades or implementation of new systems.
  • Depth of knowledge and expertise will provide direct interaction with various levels of management, including but not limited to our Lines of Business partners as well as external vendors.
  • Contribute and assist in implementation of ideas and recommendations to improve processes and reduce risk.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

MINIMUM:

  • Any combination of 10 years of financial services experience and/or college coursework
  • 3-5 years of operations experience
  • 3 years’ experience in-depth complex problem resolution
  • Working knowledge of domestic and global markets

PREFERRED:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 7 years of operations experience

Work Environment:

Large open cubical environment-must be able to work near other associates. Must be able to work in a high-pressure, deadline-oriented environment.  Some remote work.

Compensation Range:

$81,864 - $120,406
