Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Verify tool components, parts, and configurations against specifications.
- Ensure parts are correctly staged and properly labeled, documented, and ready for PM teams.
- Conduct routine audits of tools, parts, and work areas to ensure compliance with safety standards and cleanroom protocols.
- Follow strict contamination control procedures.
- Safely lift, push, and pull equipment and materials as required.
- Operate carts, pallet jacks, and other material transport equipment.
- Perform pre-clean activities and apply custodial locks according to established procedures.
- Adhere to all safety requirements, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and cleanroom standards.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, production, and support teams to ensure operational efficiency.
- Support Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) initiatives and maintain a safe work environment.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to understand, interpret, and follow detailed instructions and procedures.
- Ability to routinely lift up to 25 pounds.
Physical Effort/Activities:
May be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time, able to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50-75 pounds.
