Key tasks & responsibilities:
–Technical Strategy Leader for customer account
- Technical System Solution Consultancy (external / internal): Get and influence customer requirements to make sure that the right product (SF, cross-SF or cross-division) is offered at the right time
- Be the customer voice to influence product strategy
–Innovation:
- One face to the customer to drive the innovation at customer
–Project Management:
- Foreseen sponsor of all customer projects (to be clarified once customer project management capacities are built up)
- Know-how transfer and good practice sharing internally/externally
- Ensure proper project planning (resources and payment)
Detailed Description or Responsibilities and Tasks:
•Technical System Solution Consultancy (external / internal):
- Active contribution to the CCE community to support ETAS product strategy cross customer and cross SFs/Divisions to develop new business opportunities
- Monitor the marketplace relative to the performance of competitors' products, planned customer applications and emerging new technologies and trends to ensure a competitive position
- Provide market-insight-view to customer based on trustful relation (4-eye-conversation)
- identify the customer profile in order to guide ETAS internally to deal with the customer’s expectations, processes and mindset
- Technical consultancy towards acquisition and project managers
- Align acquisition strategy with regional sales and contribute with tandem approach
•Innovation:
- Promote Innovations at Customer and align road map implementation with the customer
- Driving/pushing/executing advanced studies
- Look and think across all SFs and ETAS(+Bosch) for new business opportunities
•Project Management:
- Sponsor of all customer projects within one SF and all cross-BU projects: escalation path, nomination of customer project managers, ensure a proper project team set up,
- Ensures achievement of customer project KPIs
•Leadership:
- Leader of all customer project managers
- Leader of the customer interface (communication, main point of contact, escalation path for customer)
- Collaboration team leader for innovation and system development
資格
Technical background and cross-functional customer team knowledge
At least 5 years management experience from engineering, product management or project management
Business communication in English and Native level in Japanese
Core skills:
- Large technical knowledge over all ETAS product portfolio
- Ability to evaluate a technical solution at vehicle level (system competence)
- Deep Knowledge OE expectations/pain points
- Customer process know-how
- Project management processes (enabler for sponsor)
Communication:
- Structured communication (internally and externally, at all managements levels) tailored according to customer DNA
- Able to convince SFs about the importance of scope and future impact.
Entrepreneurial skills:
- Able to define the financial pre-requisites and network to enable solutions
- Ability to look and think across all SF’s and ETAS to propose new ideas and holistic solution
- Able to define a technical customer strategy
Leadership:
- Able to work in and build up collaboration teams to create additional values and growth
- Able to lead a team (Manager role)
