ResponsibilitiesSpecific information about the field:
In the assembly area, we aim to improve the material flow process and the visual identification of all component racks.
Activities:
• Analysis of material distribution and standard packs
• Support for material distribution
• Support for the kanban system
• Documentation of the kitting process
The student will gain experience in:
• At CLC Cummins (Designing for quality at every step of the process and synchronizing material flows)
QualificationsThe requirements are as follows:
• Availability for 1 year as an active student (enrolled in university through June–July 2027).
• Availability to work 7 morning hours Monday through Friday, preferably from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
• Student in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial and Systems Engineering, and Automotive Systems Engineering.
• Must have a Federal Taxpayer ID (RFC).
• English proficiency: Intermediate (speaking, writing, and listening).
• Positive attitude and a strong desire to learn.
