Job Responsibilities:
PERFORMANCE MEASURES:
- Accuracy in financial reporting.
- Process efficiency, reduction of manual work through automation of process improvements.
- Compliance, adherence to internal controls, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Timely delivery of month-end close activities, reconciliations and tax filing completed by deadlines.
- Audit readiness, quality and completeness of documentation during internal ex-ternal audits.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in public accounting or related field.
- Experience in accounting, taxation and financial activities - 5 years.
- MBA preferred, but not required.
- Coordination & communication with other departments to ensure timely execution of activities (HR, Finance, Canada Finance, etc.), ensuring an adequate customer service attitude.
- Fluency in English, spoken and written are required
