About the opportunity

You support QIAGEN’s LATAM Commercial Excellence team by combining data analysis with hands-on commercial support. In this internship, you help ensure high-quality commercial data, support reporting and dashboards, and contribute to core sales processes such as opportunity management, forecasting, and performance tracking. You work closely with regional stakeholders across Latin America, gaining valuable exposure to Salesforce, analytics, and commercial decision-making in a global environment.
This is an onsite based role in our Sao Paulo office, with minimum 6hrs of work per day, and a 2 year contract while the intern is still registered in the university.

 

Your tasks include

  • Supporting data quality, structure, and governance within Salesforce (SFDC) to ensure reliable commercial insights.

  • Creating, updating, and maintaining operational and management reports using Excel and Power BI.

  • Supporting the development of commercial dashboards covering sales performance, pipeline, and forecasting.

  • Assisting with opportunity, pipeline, and quotation management to support commercial execution in Central and South America.

  • Consolidating and organizing data from multiple systems (e.g., SFDC, Excel) for analysis and reporting.

  • Supporting the Commercial Excellence Analyst and Specialist in forecasting routines and performance reviews.

  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of commercial and operational processes.
     

Your profile

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Marketing, Data Science, IT, or a related field. Graduation date should be after May/2028.

  • First experience working with CRM tools, ideally Salesforce, and with data handling or opportunity management.

  • Solid working knowledge of Excel and Power BI for data analysis and visualization.

  • Understanding of sales, marketing, and financial concepts is an advantage.

  • Confident working with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) at intermediate level or higher.

  • Fluent in English (mandatory); Spanish is a strong advantage.
