Responsável por apoiar o fluxo de entregas de treinamento nas unidades de negócios, suportando as tarefas com foco em processos comuns a área de treinamento com um todo. Além disso, apoiar e complementar as atividades dos coordenadores e gerente de treinamento em processos administrativos e de conteúdo.
RESPONSABILIDADES
· Suporte em atividades de BackOffice do Time de Treinamento de Vendas.
· Suporte na disponibilização de treinamento para os colaboradores externos e internos e fornecer as informações necessárias sobre as sessões de treinamento.
· Gerenciamento dos conteúdos e-Learning e controle de atualizações.
· Garantir o processo de manutenção e atualização de banco de dados da plataforma online de treinamento.
· Gerar relatórios de métricas e performance dos treinamentos e cursos aplicados.
· Auxílio em atividades presenciais de treinamentos e eventos.
· Interface da área em diversos níveis hierárquicos: Marketing, Medical, Eventos, Finanças, Procurement, Força de Vendas entre outros.
· Prestar suporte aos processos de contratação e pagamentos de serviços terceiros contratados.
· Saídas à campo com a Força de Vendas, para análise da implementação de estratégias e conhecimento científicos.
PRÉ REQUISITOS:
• Cursando graduação em Administração, Farmácia, Marketing, Publicidade r Propaganda e afins, necessário com previsão de conclusão à partir de Dez/2028
