Horário: 8h às 15h ou das 11h às 18h
Principais atividades:
Apoiar o HRBP na ponte com as áreas de Recrutamento e Seleção, Folha de Pagamento e Remuneração, para garantir que as demandas do cliente interno sejam atendidas;
Auxiliar na organização e acompanhamento dos ciclos de Avaliação de Desempenho, Calibração e Planos de Desenvolvimento (PDIs);
Apoiar na instrução e conferência de processos de promoções, transferências, méritos e desligamentos das áreas atendidas;
Acompanhar a jornada dos novos contratados das áreas de negócio, garantindo que tenham uma boa experiência de integração.
Requisitos obrigatórios:
Cursando ensino superior em Administração, Psicologia ou áreas correlatas;
Inglês intermediário;
Ter disponibilidade para estagiar presencialmente (30 horas semanais) na Helibras de São Paulo por no mínimo 2 anos;
Candidatos internos favor atentar-se a regra de ouro.

Job Description: Human Resources Internship
Location: São Paulo / Campo de Marte
Format: In-person
Working Hours: 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. or 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Main responsibilities:
Support the HRBP in liaising with the Recruitment and Selection, Payroll, and Compensation departments to ensure internal client needs are met;
Assist in organizing and monitoring Performance Evaluation, Calibration, and Development Plan (PDI) cycles;
Support the processing and review of promotion, transfer, merit, and termination procedures for the departments served;
Monitor the onboarding journey of new hires in the business units, ensuring they have a positive integration experience.
Mandatory requirements:
Currently pursuing a college degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields;
Intermediate English;
Availability to complete an in-person internship (30 hours per week) at Helibras in São Paulo for at least 2 years;
