Sumário
Responsável por apoiar a área de MIS na sustentação de sistemas, atendimento a usuários e análise de incidentes, contribuindo para a continuidade operacional e melhoria dos processos.
Principais Responsabilidades
- Auxiliar na análise de erros ocorridos no Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS);
- Apoiar na análise de falhas em softwares periféricos;
- Prestar suporte a softwares de manutenção de periféricos;
- Auxiliar na análise de sistemas de controle e fluxo industrial;
- Validar o desligamento de acessos de funcionários nos sistemas associados;
- Apoiar na aplicação de patches em softwares periféricos;
- Acompanhar a tratativa e resolução de chamados junto à área de suporte.
Qualificações
- Cursando ensino superior em Análise de Sistemas, Ciencia da Computação ou Engenharia da Produção;
- Conhecimento em BI, banco de dados;
- Conhecimento em lógica de programação;
- Inglês básico.
