Descrição da vaga: Estágio Administrativo - Centro de Treinamento

Localização: Itajubá - MG
Modalidade: Presencial
Principais atividades:

  • Apoiar o time do Centro de Treinamento na execução de tarefas administrativas;

  • Auxiliar no atendimento ao cliente; 

  • Apoiar na abertura e acompanhamento de processos de treinamento;

  • Auxiliar na geração de requisição de compras e entrada de materiais; 

  • Auxiliar na elaboração de planilhas de controle e KPIs.

Requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Cursando ensino superior em Administração, Economia, Ciências Contábeis ou áreas correlatas;

  • Desejável: conhecimento em planilhas eletrônicas (domínio de fórmulas, tabela dinâmica, funções proc, etc) e habilidades com documentos (interpretação e registros).

  • Inglês intermediário (será avaliado em entrevista);

  • Ter disponibilidade para estagiar presencialmente (30 horas semanais) na Helibras de Itajubá por no mínimo 1 ano;

  • Interesse em aprender.

Job description: Administrative Internship - Training Center

Location: Itajubá - MG

Type: On-site

Main activities:

  • Supporting the Training Center team in carrying out administrative tasks;

  • Assisting in customer service;

  • Assisting in opening and monitoring training processes;

  • Assisting in generating purchase requisitions and entering materials;

  • Assisting in preparing control spreadsheets and KPIs.

Mandatory requirements:

  • Studying higher education in Administration, Economics, Accounting or related areas;

  • Desirable: knowledge of electronic spreadsheets (mastery of formulas, pivot tables, proc functions, etc) and skills with documents (interpretation and records).

  • Intermediate English (will be assessed at interview);

  • Availability to work as a trainee in person (30 hours a week) at Helibras in Itajubá for at least 1 year;

  • Interest in learning.
