The Role
Prepares and submits Mexican customs documentation for import and export operations, manages VUCEM requirements and notifications, and prepares regulatory reports using TSMX. Supports Anexo 24 and 30 compliance, SAT procedures, and OEA and CTPAT renewals. The role also contributes to ISO quality, environmental, health, safety, and supply-chain security programs, including audits, risk mitigation, training, corrective actions, and continuous improvement.

  • Revisión y Mantenimiento para Renovación de CTPAT 
  • Experiencia y Trámites Aduaneros necesarios para realizar ante el SAT 
  • Segregar Residuos de acuerdo con las categorías del área de trabajo.  
  • Conocer los peligros y riesgos asociados a las actividades y seguir los controles operacionales definidos.  
  • Operar maquinaria equipo previamente capacitado.  
  • Participar en las capacitaciones de conciencia de ISO 14001 & 45001 
  • Asegurarse de que los sistemas de gestión de Calidad, Medio Ambiente y de Salud y Seguridad en el Trabajo sea implementado y mantenido conforme a los requisitos de las Normas vigentes de ISO 9001, ISO 14001 e ISO 45001 respectivamente, cuando se planifiquen e implementen cambios.
  • Mantener la comunicación y rendir cuentas con relación a la eficacia de los Sistemas de Gestión de Calidad, Medio Ambiente y de Salud y Seguridad en el Trabajo a la Alta Gerencia y su equipo de trabajo.
  • Cumplir con las Políticas de Calidad y de EHS.
  • Promover la mejora continua de los sistemas de Gestión de Calidad, Seguridad y Salud a través de proyectos integrados que tengan impacto en la Calidad, Medio Ambiente y Seguridad y Salud.
  • Apoyar a otros roles de su organización para la mejora y cumplimiento de los sistemas de Gestión.
  • Contribuir al cierre de acciones correctivas o no conformidades si estas son asignadas en ETQ.
  • Comportamiento orientado a la calidad, alineación y cumplimiento a estándares globales.
  • Organizar a su equipo para cumplir con las capacitaciones requeridas.
  • Cumplir con los programas de formación y educación de acuerdo con el puesto de trabajo y actividades diarias (en las diferentes modalidades que la empresa ponga a disposición presencial, virtual, hibrida).
  • Participar en el Diagnostico de Necesidades de Capacitación.
  • Participar en la toma de conciencia y entrenamientos para conocer los Peligros y Riesgos asociados a sus actividades asi como los Aspectos e Impactos ambientales.
  • Organizar a su equipo para cumplir con las capacitaciones requeridas.

  • Identificar, analizar y mitigar los riesgos de seguridad dentro de la cadena de suministros y en sus instalaciones (Análisis y Riesgos).
  • Conocer y colaborar con la Política para prevenir, asegurar y reconocer amenazas en la seguridad de la cadena de suministros e instalaciones de la empresa.
  • Participar en revisiones periódicas y auditorías a los procesos en materia de seguridad.

Educación:

Licenciatura en curso en Comercio Exterior o afin.

Experiencia en el puesto o área relacionada:

De 0 a 1 año de experiencia en áreas de import/export
