ESIS is seeking an experienced professional to develop and lead key regional business relationships with ESIS colleagues and clients. This role within ESIS Partnership Services offers the opportunity to contribute to a growing organization by applying knowledge of the property and casualty claims industry, along with strong account management and leadership skills, to support client relationships and retention.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

Portfolio Management

  • Track and manage production results across regional and national structures and actively engage the team to help ensure financial goals are met.
  • Support the growth and profitability of ESIS by managing client retention across revenue and unit measures.
  • Promote client expansion through education on ESIS products and services.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and senior account executive for the highest-revenue-producing clients.

Business Acumen & Account Management

  • Lead client deliverables for internal and external initiatives.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients to address questions, concerns, and issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of the assigned client’s industry and business drivers.
  • Demonstrate expertise in the ESIS risk management information system and generate reports based on client-defined criteria.
  • Review data, analyze results, and translate findings into actionable recommendations to support client program outcomes.
  • Understand client data and trends and apply a consultative approach to improve client-specific performance.
  • Work independently and collaboratively in a leadership capacity with clients, brokers, carriers, and ESIS team members.
  • Lead projects and meetings with senior-level stakeholders.
  • Oversee completion of client initiatives and projects, including meeting preparation and claim file reviews.
  • Identify opportunities to improve client program efficiency and resolve questions or concerns promptly.
  • Support proactive planning and management of the client relationship.
  • Support the regional vice president with regional tasks and responsibilities, including the sales process and production management.
  • Execute tactical and strategic objectives within agreed-upon timeframes and expectations.

Administrative Compliance

  • Maintain strong technical knowledge of ESIS products and services and how they can be applied to client needs.
  • Monitor the completeness and accuracy of data in the Client Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Support the contracting process.
  • Identify and take initiative on process improvement opportunities.

Professional Business Development

  • Support sales leads and participate in the sales process.
  • Assist with new business efforts by participating in presentations and marketing ESIS products and services.
  • Participate in the Strategic Outcomes process and continue developing data analytics knowledge.
  • Represent the region at industry events and functions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, with 5–7 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in insurance and/or TPA environments
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, including the ability to create pivot tables and charts in Excel
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective presentation and communication skills
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across all levels and functions of the organization
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and evolving business needs
  • Strong focus on timely and efficient execution
  • Ability to travel up to 35% of work time

The base salary range for the role is $102,000 to $162,800. The specific offer will depend on an applicant’s skills and other factors. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program.  Chubb offers a comprehensive benefits package, more details on which can be found on our careers website. The disclosed pay range estimate may be adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location in which the position is filled.
