ESIS Claim Assistant

KEY OBJECTIVE:
Under limited supervision, performs customer serivce and/or claims processing functions, title processing to ensure the legitimacy, accuracy of paperwork for total losses. Works with internal and external customers to ensure the quick processing of total loss claims.
MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Duties may include, but are not limited to:
Title processing, including reviweing paperwork prior to sending to vendor for review
Speaking with vehicle owners and explaining the paperwork process
Making lien-holder phone calls
Providing final pay documentation to adjusters
Inventory management
Communicating with various vendors
Issuing invoice payments
Ordering supplies
SCOPE INFORMATION:
- Reports to Operations Manager
- Works with Total Loss Team Leader
- 2-4 years Title Processing expereince.
- Ability to operate and contribute positively in a team-based environment.
- Good written and oral communication skills including effective telephone skills.
- Ability to work independently under limited supervision.
- Superior organizational and analytical skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.
- Demonstrated initiative as evidenced by the ability to self-manage, organize and prioritize work.
- Strong working knowledge of computer systems and various Microsoft applications such as Word, Outlook and Excel.
- Committed to high standards of behavior and performance.
Skills Required
