ESG Reporting Project Manager (Solventum)

The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As the ESG Reporting Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

Leveraging your ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder, deadline-driven projects as required to comply with major global, national, and state ESG reporting regulations. These include the EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), EU Taxonomy Regulation, ISSB standards as adopted by country legislative bodies, and California climate laws, among others.

• Develop and manage detailed project plans
• Engage stakeholders and establish RACI matrices,
• Track progress towards key milestones and elevate risks
• Manage vendor relationships, track expenses to budget, and conduct post-project debriefs
• Support the development of presentations and updates for internal workgroups, governance committees, and leadership meetings.

Your Skills and Expertise 
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND seven (7) years of ESG project management experience in a private, public, government or military environment

OR

• High School Diploma/GED from AND fourteen (14) years of ESG project management experience in a private, public, government or military environment

AND

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

• Foundational knowledge and hands-on experience with ESG and Sustainability reporting frameworks and regulations (e.g., TCFD, SASB, GRI, ISSB, CSRD, CDP, etc.)
• Experience with project management software; high proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

• Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Ability to communicate clearly and succinctly in both written and verbal communications
• Experience in building relationships across globally dispersed, cross-functional teams and navigating different communication styles
• Track record of building tools, processes, and solutions in line with best practices or to improve efficiency
• Familiarity with external assurance processes for ESG and Sustainability reporting

Work location: Remote - United States

Travel: May include up to 5%[domestic]

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $160,284 - $195,903, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
