応募要件

  • ESGデューデリジェンス(ESGDD)、EHSデューデリジェンス(EHSDD)、サステナビリティコンサルティング、環境コンサルティング、EHS、ESGマネジメント、トランザクションアドバイザリー、または関連分野で1~3年程度の実務経験
  • ESG、EHSおよび環境デューデリジェンスに関する基礎的な理解
  • 高い分析力、課題解決力、およびレポート作成能力
  • クライアントやステークホルダーとの業務経験
  • 日本語ネイティブレベルおよびビジネスレベルの英語力

Position Overview
ERM is seeking a Consultant to join our ESG Advisory & Transaction Services team in Japan. This role focuses on supporting ESG, EHS and environmental due diligence projects related to M&A, investments and financing transactions.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct ESG, EHS and environmental due diligence assessments.
• Review ESG disclosures, compliance records and management systems.
• Participate in management interviews, site visits and data collection activities.
• Prepare reports, analyses and client deliverables.
• Support ESG advisory projects and sustainability-related initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal specialists and project teams.
• Support site inspections and facility walk-throughs to identify environmental, health and safety risks.
• Assist in site investigation activities, including field observations, data collection, and documentation of findings.
Required Qualifications
• 1-3  years of experience in ESGDD, EHSDD, sustainability consulting, environmental consulting, EHS, ESG management, transaction advisory or related fields.
• Basic understanding of ESG, EHS and environmental due diligence concepts.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and report-writing skills.
• Experience working with clients and stakeholders.
• Native-level Japanese and business-level English.
