Conduct talent mapping, market research, salary benchmarking, and competitor intelligence; source and engage candidates through professional networks and databases; maintain ATS and CRM records; develop passive talent engagement strategies; provide recruitment insights and reporting; support employer branding; and improve sourcing processes, compliance, and candidate experience.

Leads global Order-to-Cash service management and automation from ERM’s Global Delivery Centre. Owns ticketing, service intake, queue monitoring, workload balancing, SLA tracking, operational reporting, and audit controls across project accounting, billing, and accounts receivable. Partners with Finance and Change teams to implement workflow automation using Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI, while driving continuous improvement and cross-functional service delivery.

Develop and implement Environmental and Social Management Systems (ESMS) and ESMPs aligned with IFC PS1 and other international standards; produce audit-ready manuals, action plans, and policies; advise regional teams and clients; maintain and improve management systems to meet regulatory, lender, and international governance requirements; collaborate with global teams to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery.

Leads global order-to-cash service management and automation across project accounting, billing, and accounts receivable. Owns ticketing, service queues, workload balancing, SLA tracking, operational reporting, workflow adoption, audit controls, and continuous improvement. Partners with Finance, IT, and Change teams to implement automation using Microsoft Power Platform tools and provides dashboards to Finance leadership.

Supports corporate sustainability and ESG disclosure engagements, including annual securities reports, integrated reports, sustainability reports, and framework analysis covering CSRD, ISSB, and TCFD. Collects and analyzes ESG data, prepares client reports and proposals, and assists project managers and senior consultants. The role also contributes to climate change, carbon management, decarbonization, and broader sustainability consulting projects while helping clients meet evolving reporting requirements.

Executes end-to-end Record to Report accounting, including month-end close, journal entries, general ledger maintenance, balance sheet reconciliations, intercompany activities, fixed asset accounting, financial reporting, audit support, and compliance. Analyzes variances, resolves discrepancies, maintains documentation, and identifies process improvement, automation, and standardization opportunities while supporting transitions and system enhancements.

Supports strategic communications and stakeholder engagement projects through media monitoring, stakeholder research, database management, reporting, content development, public meeting coordination, community outreach, and administrative project support.
