The role collaborates with project managers, clients, regulators, subcontractors, and internal teams while providing technical support for land use planning, facility siting, risk assessment, and water resources management. Frequent travel to client locations is required.

Supports North American air quality consulting projects through permitting, emissions inventories, regulatory reporting, and compliance documentation. Prepares Title V, NSR/PSD, EPCRA Tier II, TRI, AERR, and emissions statement submissions; performs emissions calculations, QA/QC, data reconciliation, and audit-ready documentation. Coordinates with clients, regulators, subcontractors, and global teams while improving templates, SOPs, and delivery processes.

Supports global consulting projects involving numerical groundwater flow and contaminant transport modeling, model calibration, hydrogeological analysis, field-data interpretation, GIS outputs, technical reporting, and site characterization and remediation. Collaborates with project managers, modelers, and international multidisciplinary teams while contributing to groundwater maps, stratigraphic logs, lithological sections, and technical annexes.

Provides EHS and ESG consulting across audits, due diligence, decarbonization, water stewardship, waste management, and sustainability strategy projects. Responsibilities include analyzing sustainability data, developing GHG inventories and ESG recommendations, supporting ISO-related assessments, preparing reports and client deliverables, and contributing to digital ESG performance management implementations. The role is client-facing and requires strong communication, writing, analytical, and project coordination skills.

Leads environmental and EHS consulting projects involving site investigations, remediation, demolition, due diligence, compliance, audits, incident investigations, training, and safety oversight. Manages small to medium projects, subcontractors, technical reporting, proposals, cost estimates, and client relationships. Supports EHS management systems, sustainability initiatives, regulatory compliance, and multi-office delivery while mentoring junior consultants.

Support global capital project delivery by producing socio-economic baselines, impact assessments and mitigation frameworks for infrastructure, energy and mining projects. Carry out quantitative and qualitative economic appraisal (jobs, GVA, social value), stakeholder mapping, and draft EIA/ESIA chapters, technical notes and non-technical summaries. Collaborate with multidisciplinary technical teams, support client engagement, contribute to bids, and ensure assessments align with UK/Irish and international standards (IFC, Equator Principles).

Conduct asbestos sampling and clearance monitoring for environmental construction, demolition, remediation, and contaminated-site projects. Implement health and safety plans, oversee PPE and decontamination procedures, lead safety briefings, document samples and compliance activities, monitor site conditions, and exercise stop-work authority when hazards arise. The role also supports air compliance, production safety, incident prevention, and broader industrial hygiene consulting across California.

Conduct archaeological research, field surveys, excavation, regulatory compliance, and technical report writing for infrastructure, energy, development, and environmental projects. Lead and mentor field staff, coordinate with agencies and clients, support permitting under NHPA Section 106 and NEPA, contribute to proposals and business development, and collaborate with multidisciplinary sustainability teams. Frequent travel, physically demanding fieldwork, and client and regulatory engagement are required.

Supports technical safety and risk consulting projects through risk analysis, QRA modeling, fire and explosion modeling, dispersion analysis, safety calculations, and offshore evacuation studies. Participates in HAZID, HAZOP, and ALARP workshops, prepares safety cases and reports, supports proposals and client meetings, and follows health and safety protocols. Requires an engineering degree, relevant safety and risk analysis experience, strong communication, independent work capability, and willingness to travel.

Provide air quality compliance consulting for industrial clients across California and nationwide. Prepare emissions inventories, permit applications, compliance reports, and regulatory evaluations; conduct field assessments and multimedia inspections; and liaise with regulators and clients on permit approvals. The role also involves managing multiple projects, interpreting environmental regulations, developing client relationships, technical writing, and supporting broader environmental permitting and sustainability programs.

Provides technical consulting for process safety, data analysis, risk and reliability assessments, and safety management in oil and gas, refinery, chemical, and petrochemical facilities. Responsibilities include HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, QRA, and RAM studies; data analysis; hazard identification; risk assessment; and client presentations. The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, English and Mandarin fluency, autonomy, and frequent regional and international travel.

Leads global order-to-cash service management and automation across project accounting, billing, and accounts receivable. Owns ticketing, service queues, workload balancing, SLA tracking, operational reporting, workflow adoption, audit controls, and continuous improvement. Partners with Finance, IT, and Change teams to implement automation using Microsoft Power Platform tools and provides dashboards to Finance leadership.

Supports corporate sustainability and ESG disclosure engagements, including annual securities reports, integrated reports, sustainability reports, and framework analysis covering CSRD, ISSB, and TCFD. Collects and analyzes ESG data, prepares client reports and proposals, and assists project managers and senior consultants.
