Support end-to-end project accounting: set up projects, maintain budgets and billing rates, manage invoicing to meet WIP/DSO goals, review and close projects, resolve variances, and meet KPIs while ensuring policy compliance.

Manage and coordinate project data flows for environmental monitoring and remediation projects in Antwerp. Ensure data quality, traceability, version control, and governance. Interface with field teams, labs, consultants, and project managers; support QA/QC, prepare reports, dashboards, visualisations and GIS outputs, and ensure compliance with client and regulatory requirements.

ERM China seeks 3-6 month Sustainability Interns in Shanghai or Beijing to support client projects on ESG, climate change, decarbonization, environmental and social impact, compliance, and ESG data digitalization. Interns will assist with technical data recording, report preparation, and multi-project consulting work under supervision.

Support social impact projects including resettlement advisory, socio-economic surveys, stakeholder engagement, RAP/IPDP preparation, monitoring implementation, and social due diligence per international standards.
