Supports the Site Investigation and Remediation team with environmental report writing, soil and groundwater data evaluation, visualization, field sampling observations, and sustainable industrial water-use projects. The intern may participate in client projects, field activities, and international collaboration while applying environmental regulations and technical software such as GIS, MODFLOW, and FEFLOW.

Support NEPA environmental assessments and impact statements, conduct ecological field surveys and data collection, prepare technical reports and permitting documentation, coordinate with agencies and stakeholders, and deliver project work within scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.

Develop and implement Environmental and Social Management Systems aligned with IFC, World Bank, and other international standards. Supports Australian and global clients with climate strategy, emissions accounting, carbon analytics, climate risk assessment, scenario analysis, resilience planning, and mandatory climate disclosures. The role involves analyzing complex numerical data, preparing reports, consulting with stakeholders, managing multiple projects, and contributing to sustainability initiatives across industries.

Support global capital project delivery by producing socio-economic baselines, impact assessments and mitigation frameworks for infrastructure, energy and mining projects. Carry out quantitative and qualitative economic appraisal (jobs, GVA, social value), stakeholder mapping, and draft EIA/ESIA chapters, technical notes and non-technical summaries. Collaborate with multidisciplinary technical teams, support client engagement, contribute to bids, and ensure assessments align with UK/Irish and international standards (IFC, Equator Principles).

Provides administrative and coordination support to the ReachCentrum team, serving as the first stakeholder contact, managing shared communications, organizing meetings and events, preparing minutes and reports, maintaining mailing lists and document systems, supporting contracts and invoices, administering access and signatures, and handling filing and archiving.

Support global hydrology consulting by analyzing field and hydrological data, preparing groundwater maps, stratigraphic logs, and technical annexes, and collaborating with project teams. Provide data interpretation, report preparation, and mentorship to junior staff while assisting project and task managers.

Supports HR operations for Asia and ANZ by managing employee lifecycle transactions, onboarding, pre-employment checks, HR queries, Workday updates, documentation, records, trackers, and data quality audits. The intern provides timely employee and manager support, escalates complex issues, and participates in training and cross-functional activities while gaining practical experience in shared-services HR administration.

Support global HR transformation through Workday HCM administration, reporting, dashboards, data governance, testing, issue resolution, and process optimization. Provide training and user support, coordinate system enhancements, manage organizational changes and mass data uploads, and partner with HRIS and global HR stakeholders. Supports ERM’s Marketing and Communications Agency Account team with client and agency research, project and meeting coordination, content and presentation development, social media communications, status tracking, quality assurance, administrative tasks, and new business efforts. The role is onsite and provides hands-on exposure to integrated marketing and communications programs.

Supports environmental compliance and EHS consulting projects through audits, regulatory assessments, management-system development, corrective actions, permit applications, and technical reporting. The role provides on-site client support, evaluates compliance across environmental programs, develops procedures and plans, and contributes to project delivery and client relationships. Frequent travel to client facilities is required.

Supports environmental impact assessments, environmental monitoring, permitting, offshore survey planning, and data management for capital projects across Asia Pacific. The role involves coordinating multidisciplinary teams, collaborating with global technical communities, preparing reports, and contributing to biodiversity, nature conservation, and sustainability initiatives. Candidates should have environmental science or engineering qualifications, strong assessment and report-writing skills, fluency in English and Chinese, and relevant consultancy, NGO, or internship experience.

Supports industrial environmental permitting projects for data center and other clients, primarily across the UK and Northern Europe. Responsibilities include regulatory engagement, environmental impact assessment, technical project delivery, client proposals, relationship development, project communications, and supporting favorable regulatory outcomes. Requires knowledge of UK environmental permitting and Pollution Prevention Control regimes; European regulatory experience and Emissions Trading Scheme knowledge are advantageous.

Provide consulting-oriented financial oversight for international REACH Consortia projects. Monitor transactions, time allocation, budgets, reporting accuracy, data integrity, and financial controls. Analyze project performance, explain variances, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend corrective actions.
