This position is responsible for creating and managing comprehensive, scalable ESG programs for CyrusOne markets across the globe. This role will require moderate travel and interface with internal- and external-facing audiences.
- Manage Sustainability Data from multiple internal stakeholders, including collection, aggregation, conversion, and QC.
- Create dashboards and reporting to track performance for various audiences (employees, Executives & Board).
- Facilitate periodic reviews
- Conduct and maintain GHG Inventory across all gas scopes and markets.
- As part of a team, facilitate completion of annual Corporate Sustainability Report and Customer Sustainability Reports by tracking significant accomplishments, interviewing SME’s, collecting information, and drafting sections of report.
- Manage various sustainability surveys and data requests, including those from CDP, Ecovadis, customers, sponsors, and other stakeholders.
- Manage and expand Climate Risk Assessment updates (Carbon Pricing, Future Flood Risk, Protected Areas Assessment)
- Author marketing collateral, such as blog posts, website content, publication bylines, sales slides, white papers, and other communications on ESG topics.
- Manage customer-facing activities including participating in customer calls for RFP’s, business reviews, and ad hoc requests.
- Support external communication to stakeholders on material developments in the Company’s ESG performance and credentials.
- Assess the positive financial impacts of ESG initiatives.
- Create opportunities for building internal engagement and support in ESG programs and initiatives while aligning with the Company’s mission and vision.

- Strong commitment to customer service including internal and external customers.
- Willingness to adjust hours and be flexible as required by the business to include being onsite for extended hours during significant business needs.
