We are hiring an Escrow Officer in Yakima, WA to take over a well-established, high-volume desk from a respected senior Escrow Officer who is retiring. This is a rare opportunity to step into an existing book of business while continuing to grow and evolve it.
We’re looking for someone who can earn trust quickly, operate with ownership, and deliver consistent, high-quality closings in a fast-paced environment.

You will take ownership of an active pipeline and established relationships—serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for your clients.

  • Manage escrow transactions end-to-end, from opening through closing and disbursement
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with agents, lenders, and repeat clients
  • Serve as the central coordinator across all parties to ensure smooth, on-time closings
  • Review contracts, title reports, and instructions to determine closing requirements
  • Identify and resolve issues quickly to keep transactions moving
  • Prepare and execute closing documents with accuracy and efficiency
  • Lead closing appointments and guide clients confidently through the process
  • Balance multiple transactions, deadlines, and priorities at once
  • Leverage systems and tools to stay organized and operate efficiently
  • Continue to grow the desk through service, responsiveness, and reputation
What You BringExperience & Credentials
  • 3–5+ years of escrow experience with direct responsibility for transactions
  • Proven ability to manage a high-volume pipeline
  • Valid licensing/certification as required in Washington

Pay Range: $24.42 - $32.56 Hourly
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
