We are hiring an Escrow Officer in Yakima, WA to take over a well-established, high-volume desk from a respected senior Escrow Officer who is retiring. This is a rare opportunity to step into an existing book of business while continuing to grow and evolve it.

You will take ownership of an active pipeline and established relationships—serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for your clients.
- Manage escrow transactions end-to-end, from opening through closing and disbursement
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with agents, lenders, and repeat clients
- Serve as the central coordinator across all parties to ensure smooth, on-time closings
- Review contracts, title reports, and instructions to determine closing requirements
- Identify and resolve issues quickly to keep transactions moving
- Prepare and execute closing documents with accuracy and efficiency
- Lead closing appointments and guide clients confidently through the process
- Balance multiple transactions, deadlines, and priorities at once
- Leverage systems and tools to stay organized and operate efficiently
- Continue to grow the desk through service, responsiveness, and reputation
- 3–5+ years of escrow experience with direct responsibility for transactions
- Proven ability to manage a high-volume pipeline
- Valid licensing/certification as required in Washington
- Strong client relationship skills—you build trust quickly and maintain it
- Excellent communication—you are responsive, clear, and proactive
- High attention to detail with the ability to move at speed
