Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Escrow Disbursement Specialist to join our Loan Servicing team. This role is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely disbursement of real estate taxes, hazard insurance, and private mortgage insurance (PMI) for mortgage and consumer loans. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a commitment to accuracy, and the ability to effectively manage vendor relationships while delivering exceptional service to both internal and external clients.
Responsibilities
  • Process and manage escrow disbursements for PMI, hazard insurance, and real estate taxes.
  • Review Tax Authority Reports (TARs) and maintain the relationship with CoreLogic.
  • Manage relationships with insurance vendors and third-party service providers.
  • Reconcile escrow disbursement general ledger accounts.
  • Perform quality control reviews of new loan setups to ensure escrow and loan file data are accurate.
  • Pull, analyze, and review operational and servicing reports.
  • Review escrow analyses and assist with issue resolution as needed.
  • Maintain and update client records and loan servicing files.
  • Create and maintain reports using Business Analytics software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Respond to client inquiries via phone and email while providing exceptional service.
  • Support additional departmental initiatives and projects as assigned.
  • Maintain flexibility to work overtime and assist with changing business needs.

Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of loan servicing experience, involving escrow disbursement processing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to work independently while contributing as a member of a team.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and willingness to learn new concepts.
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a changing business environment.

The base salary range below represents the low and high end of the Leader Bank salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
Salary Minimum: 53,580.60 - Salary Max: 74,165.22
The range listed is just one component of Leader Bank's total compensation package for team members. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, commissions, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards.
