Join our Eagle team and support an outstanding Escrow Officer in a fun, welcoming office with a strong team culture. In this role, you’ll provide customer service and administrative support throughout the escrow closing process, primarily for residential transactions. You’ll help keep closings organized and moving forward while working alongside teammates who support one another and take pride in delivering a great customer experience.
This is an in-office position, five days per week, in Eagle, Idaho.
Essential Functions
- Performs wide range of administrative support duties requiring broad experience, skill and knowledge of organization and escrow policies and practices. Works independently to resolve a wide range of inquiries.
- Prepares documents for a wide range of transactions, such as closing statements, settlement statements, wraps, assignments, and mobile homes
- Creates and maintains files, records, reports; monitor and track workflow
- Responds to inquiries and gathers information to resolve issues
- Communicates information to responsible parties
- May train / provide guidance to less experienced team members
- May assist Escrow Offices with business development and customer service

Pay Range: $16.63 - $22.18 Hourly
