In this role, you will work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, providing critical administrative and customer support to our Escrow team. This position plays an important role in helping make the dream of homeownership a reality.

This is an in-office position located in Evanston, Wyoming, five days per week.
What You’ll Do
- Assist throughout the escrow process, including opening orders, entering closing statement information, preparing documents for closing, completing disbursements, and providing follow-up support.
- Communicate regularly with customers throughout the escrow process.
- Review and interpret various agreements as they relate to escrow closings.
- Work with a variety of technologies that support escrow transactions.
- Assist customers and internal partners to help ensure a seamless and exceptional experience.

- Previous escrow, title, administrative, banking, real estate, or customer service experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right person who brings a positive attitude, strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to learn and grow with First American.
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
