This position is focused on residential transactions, giving you the opportunity to play a direct role in helping clients successfully navigate the path to homeownership.
Essential Functions
Support the escrow process by handling a variety of administrative tasks and gathering key information
Open orders, input closing statement details, and prepare documents for closing
Coordinate the disbursement of funds and manage follow-up on all escrow transactions
Communicate clearly with clients, sharing requirements and important updates
Review and interpret agreements to ensure accurate, compliant closing documentation
Knowledge & Skills
Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
Excellent organization and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related systems
Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills
Positive, team-oriented attitude with a commitment to service excellence
Education
High School diploma or equivalent required
Experience
2+ years of escrow or related experience preferred but will train!
Location: In-office role based in Albany, Oregon, supporting residential real estate transactions and a collaborative escrow team.
Pay Range: $18.46 - $24.63 Hourly
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
