Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
This is a great opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in supply chain operations, logistics, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration within a leading global technology company.
At KLA, we are seeking recent graduates to join our global Service Supply Chain organization and play a key role in supporting customers around the world.
In this fast-paced and dynamic position, you will coordinate urgent service activities, help ensure critical spare parts are delivered on time, and work closely with global teams to minimize customer downtime.
In this role you will:
- Manage urgent service orders and customer escalations to ensure timely execution.
- Coordinate spare parts availability and shipments for global customers.
- Track order progress and collaborate with Planning, Logistics, and Service teams.
- Generate reports, monitor KPIs, and analyze trends using Excel and BI tools.
- Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with global stakeholders in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field - must
- Recent graduate or up to 2 years of experience.
- Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
- Fluent English (written and verbal).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or a related field
- 2+ years of relevant experience working in a global or cross‑regional environment
- Strong proficiency in Excel and MS Office
- High proficiency in English, both written and verbal
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to multitask and operate effectively under pressure
