We are looking for a Senior Integration Engineer to maintain our high-traffic integration backbone. You will be responsible for a diverse environment that spans from TIBCO's enterprise-grade messaging to Node.js microservices running on OpenShift.
Your responsibility is to ensure that data flows seamlessly across the organization, whether it's through a traditional MFT process, a Kafka stream, or a GraphQL endpoint.
What you will do :
Support the following systems and functions:

- Cloud-Native Operations: Deploy, scale, and monitor services within Kubernetes and OpenShift environments, utilizing Docker for consistent delivery.
- Data Stream Orchestration: Build and maintain high-throughput, event-driven architectures using Kafka for real-time system synchronization.
- Secure File Transfer: Manage enterprise-level secure data exchanges using TIBCO MFT, ensuring compliance and reliability.
- Full-Stack Observability: Use the ELK Stack to create dashboards, alerts, and tracing for proactive system health management.
- Automated Delivery: Maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines to ensure code moves from CLI to production with zero manual intervention.
- Coordination with IT/network teams to resolve any operational or functional issues.
- Deploy CRs on production environments and ensure smooth system performance.
- Follow ITIL processes and exhibit expertise in incident, problem and change management.
- Ensure SLA compliance for application and trouble tickets.
- Coordinating with project teams, vendors, and business teams during the incidents.
What you will bring :
- Education: BSc in Telecommunications, Computer Science or equivalent.
- 8-12 years of relevant experience in TIBCO container edition products.
- The TIBCO Suite: Deep expertise in BWCE, BW6, Mashery, and MFT.
- Container Orchestration: Advanced hands-on experience with Kubernetes and OpenShift.
- Development: Proficiency in Node.js for building lightweight, scalable microservices.
- Messaging & APIs: Expertise in Kafka (pub/sub) and GraphQL (schema design and implementation).
- Systems Skills: Expert-level CLI skills (Linux/Unix shell) and a strong grasp of Docker networking/volumes.
- Monitoring: Experience configuring ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) for distributed tracing.
- Analytical and communication skills to understand the requirements of the customer.
- Good understanding on the concepts of SOA, ESB and API driven integrations.
