We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Hybris Developer to join our Commerce Engineering & Support team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, supporting, and enhancing enterprise e-commerce platforms across both legacy on-premise SAP Hybris installations and modern SAP Commerce Cloud (CCv2) setups. Key Responsibilities Development & Technical Architecture • Feature Development & Customization: Design, build, and deliver scalable custom extensions, feature enhancements, and Change Requests (CRs) across both legacy on-premise SAP Hybris (v5.x/v6.x) and SAP Commerce Cloud (CCv2) environments. • Core Hybris Engineering: Customize and extend core modules, including Product Content Management (PCM/items.xml), Cart/Checkout, Order Management (OMS), Backoffice/Cockpits, SmartEdit, WCMS, and Solr Search. • Integrations & APIs: Build and optimize REST/SOAP APIs via OCC (Omni Commerce Channel) and integrate Hybris with SAP ERP (ECC/S/4HANA), SAP CPI, CRMs, payment gateways, and 3rd-party logisitics systems. • Data & Automation: Write, optimize, and maintain complex ImpEx scripts, FlexibleSearch queries, and custom system CronJobs. • Code Quality & Technical Leadership: Perform peer code reviews, enforce secure coding standards, write technical documentation, and mentor junior support/dev team members. Production Support & Maintenance • L3/L4 Incident Management: Provide deep technical support for mission-critical B2B/B2C environments, investigating and resolving complex production defects within strict SLA deadlines. • Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Lead RCA investigations for severe outages, unexpected system behavior, and recurring bugs across both legacy on-premise and cloud-hosted setups.

Skills Required

Experience developing and supporting SAP Hybris and SAP Commerce Cloud CCv2 platforms
Experience with legacy on-premise SAP Hybris v5.x or v6.x environments
Experience customizing PCM, Cart and Checkout, OMS, Backoffice or Cockpits, SmartEdit, WCMS, and Solr Search
Experience building REST and SOAP APIs through OCC
Experience integrating SAP Commerce with SAP ERP, ECC or S/4HANA, SAP CPI, CRM, payment, and logistics systems
Experience writing and optimizing ImpEx scripts and FlexibleSearch queries
Experience developing custom system CronJobs
Experience providing L3/L4 production support and conducting root-cause analysis
Ability to perform code reviews, enforce secure coding standards, document technical solutions, and mentor junior team members
