Summary:
ERP Support Engineers handle the day-to-day operation of ERP systems within subsidiaries. They resolve functional and technical issues, help users optimize workflows, and support upgrades or module implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide functional support for ERP users in finance, HR, and operations.
Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported issues and errors.
Assist in customizing modules and workflows to meet business needs.
Coordinate with central IT and ERP vendors for escalated support.
Train users on best practices and new features.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s in Business Information Systems, Accounting, or Engineering.
2+ years of experience supporting ERP platforms (Odoo, SAP, Oracle, Dynamics).
Analytical mindset with understanding of business processes.
Certifications:
ERP platform-specific certification (e.g., Odoo Functional, SAP FI, Oracle EBS)
ITIL Foundation
