Feeser’s provides an expansive offering of dry, refrigerated, and frozen products to a diverse customer base comprised of restaurants, healthcare facilities, educational facilities, and other institutions.
The OpportunityWe’re looking for an ERP Sales Systems Manager who will own, optimize, and support the systems that drive sales, pricing, ordering, rebates, and revenue processes. This is a hands‑on role with real impact — you’ll be the primary owner of our Oracle Fusion Cloud sales ecosystem and related platforms.
What You’ll DoSystem Ownership & Administration
Manage day‑to‑day operation of sales and revenue systems
Configure and maintain Oracle Fusion Cloud modules (Order Management, Pricing, Channel Revenue Management, Sales, Incentive Compensation)
Support online ordering, CRM, and other sales‑related platforms
Define and maintain business rules for order capture, pricing, rebates, commissions, and customer eligibility
Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution
Diagnose and resolve functional, data, and configuration issues
Address cross‑module and integration issues in partnership with the ERP Manager
Serve as the primary escalation point for sales‑system issues impacting operations or customers
Testing, Releases & Change Management
Lead quarterly ERP release testing for sales, pricing, ordering, rebates, and commissions
Lead user acceptance testing and approve changes before deployment
Coordinate defect resolution, enhancements, and configuration updates
Maintain documentation, test results, change history, and issue logs
Training & Enablement
Train sales and revenue users on system functionality and enhancements
Create and maintain training materials, job aids, and SOPs
Communicate release updates and prepare users for changes
Product Ownership & Continuous Improvement
Own the lifecycle of sales‑system capabilities
Prioritize enhancements based on user feedback and operational needs
Maintain and refine the product roadmap
Identify opportunities for automation, modernization, and improved usability
Monitor performance and address gaps or underperformance
Ensure ongoing adoption and optimization of delivered features
Required
Strong understanding of order‑to‑cash and revenue processes
Experience administering and configuring enterprise sales systems
Strong troubleshooting skills across configuration, data, and integrations
Ability to analyze issues spanning multiple systems
Experience with Agile practices, backlog management, and iterative delivery
Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder‑coordination skills
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Information Systems, or related field
5+ years as a product owner or administrator of sales/revenue systems
Hands‑on experience with Oracle Fusion Order Management, Pricing, Sales, or Incentive Compensation
Oracle Fusion Cloud certifications (Sales, OM, Pricing, CRM, Incentive Comp)
Ability to remain seated and work at a computer for extended periods
Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Information Systems, or related field
- Five or more years of experience as a product owner or administrator of sales or revenue systems
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Order Management, Pricing, Sales, or Incentive Compensation
- Experience leading user acceptance testing, release validation, and end-user training
- Experience working with integrated enterprise systems and third-party platforms
- Strong understanding of order-to-cash and revenue processes
- Strong troubleshooting skills across system configuration, data issues, and cross-system dependencies
- Knowledge of Agile practices including backlog management and iterative delivery
- Knowledge of project management practices including requirements tracking, testing coordination, and release planning
- Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills
- Oracle Fusion Cloud Sales/Order Management/Pricing/Channel Revenue Management/Incentive Compensation certifications
- Ability to remain seated and work at a computer for prolonged periods; communicate effectively with teams and partners
