Job Requisition ID #
Position Overview
We are seeking an ERP Integration Specialist to join the ERP Connect team, with a primary focus on becoming a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for ERP integrations and supporting the growing number of Autodesk applications and customers using ERP Connect.
The role will develop deep knowledge of ERP Connect and supported ERP systems, acting as a technical bridge between Engineering, Product, Support, QA, customer-facing teams, and external ERP platforms. This is a technical SME and integration support role rather than a primarily software-development role - the strongest candidates will demonstrate excellent API troubleshooting skills, strong Postman expertise, an ability to understand complex integrations, and the communication skills required to work effectively across technical and customer-facing teams.
Responsibilities
Investigate and troubleshoot ERP integrations using Postman, logs, observability tooling, and ERP-specific knowledge
Work with REST APIs, JSON payloads, authentication, data mappings, and API error responses to reproduce issues, validate integration behaviour, and identify where problems originate
Act as a technical bridge between Engineering, Product, Support, QA, customer-facing teams, and external ERP platforms
Support customer and application onboarding
Participate in integration triage and monitor production integration health
Identify recurring issues and improve ERP Connect documentation and support processes
Capture solutions and knowledge gained through investigations in Postman, documentation, troubleshooting guides, and support processes so known issues can increasingly be resolved without specialist Engineering involvement
Develop into a deep ERP Connect and ERP integration SME over time
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of experience in API/integration support, technical support, or a related technical role
Strong hands-on Postman experience, used as a day-to-day investigation and integration tool
REST API, HTTP and JSON expertise
API and integration troubleshooting experience
ERP or enterprise-system integration experience
Technical investigation and problem-solving skills
Experience with customer/application onboarding
Production support and observability experience
Technical documentation and knowledge management skills
Strong cross-functional communication skills
The Ideal Candidate
Has worked directly with customers or support teams to diagnose API/integration issues, rather than coming from a predominantly software-development background
Treats software engineering knowledge as beneficial, but not the focus of the role
Shows evidence of using Postman as a day-to-day investigation and integration tool, rather than simply listing Postman as a testing skill
Is comfortable acting as a technical bridge across Engineering, Product, Support, QA, and customer-facing teams
